Growing Papaya Punch: flowering time, yield and breeder specs
Papaya Punch flowers in about 8 to 10 weeks: SeedFinder gives about 67 days for Oni Seed Co’s regular seeds, Herb 8 to 9 weeks indoors, and Crop King 8–10 weeks for its feminized version, with outdoor harvests in October.1,2,3 Sellers call it easy to moderate to grow and disagree about its size.2,3,4

What the plant is like
Expect dense, frosty flowers on a sturdy frame. The Oni Seed Co description on SeedFinder mentions lime-green frosty flowers with purple and pink accents on a thick-stemmed, indica-like plant, and a seed retailer’s listing describes stocky, sturdy plants with glistening, lime-green, resinous buds.1,4 AllBud describes flat, dense, heart-shaped forest-green buds with orange hairs, and the Oklahoma Gazette’s 2019 batch had dense but light buds, green with orange stigmas and a little purple.7,8
What to watch for
Size and handling. Sellers disagree on height: the Oni Seed Co retailer listing calls the plant compact, while Crop King lists 5 to 8 feet.3,4 Herb warns that rough handling knocks trichome heads off, costing both potency and appearance, and rates the strain moderate in difficulty, where Crop King says easy.2,3
Seeds and the law in the US
Under the amended federal definition of hemp, viable seeds from cannabis plants above 0.3% total THC, including THCA, are not hemp.9 Congress delayed that exclusion, with most of the new definition, from Nov 12 to Dec 11, 2026; only the exclusion of products with cannabinoids the plant cannot produce naturally starts on Nov 12.10 Home cultivation rules are set by each state. This site does not sell seeds.
